Shipping & Return Policy

All orders placed before 16:00 will be delivered the next working day. If for whatever reason there is a delay, you will be informed by e-mail. Please allow longer delivery times for all orders during busy periods. 

Orders placed on Friday after 16:00 will be shipped the following Monday.

All orders are shipped via PostNL.

We will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.


Import Taxes and Additional Charges

Please note that shipping outside the EU carries uninvited costs such as additional duties and taxes.

Aurelle does not cover these costs, they are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged after the order arrives at its destination country

If you are unsure about the rules and regulations regarding these taxes, we recommend you to contact your local customs office for further information on the fees and restrictions that may apply.

If the event occurs that your order is destroyed or not returned to us by customs, because it does not meet the entry requirements to your country, Aurelle will not be able to refund the customer.

Return Policy

Our return policy in short:
1. Send us an e-mail to hello@aurelle.nl to process your return.
2. Send your return within 14 days in the original packaging and in perfect condition including order number, so that we can initiate your refund.

Hopefully our products make you as happy as they make us. If not, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return the product(s) to us. When returning, we expect the product(s) in the original packaging and in perfect condition including the order number, so we can initiate the refund.

Please note that the shipping costs for the return will be charged to the buyer and the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refundable amount. Please send an email to hello@aurelle.nl to process your return.
