After you have selected the products you wish to purchase, the items will be placed in your shopping basket and you will be guided through the process of placing an order by the instructions on the website. To complete your order and proceed with the purchase of the products, click on the (pay now) button at the end of the ordering process.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirming your order with a detailed description of the products you have purchased on our website. These emails do not constitute an acceptance of your order on our part.

When we accept your order on the website, an order number is assigned to the order and communicated to you via a confirmation email. If you wish to contact us further, this order number must be used.

Acceptance of your order occurs when we send you an email notifying you of the shipment of your order. The contract between you and us is formed at the time of this dispatch. Product packaging may vary. Product packaging may vary from the images on our website. Please make sure your measurements are correct. If we adjust the product to the dimensions you have given us, it is your responsibility to ensure that these dimensions are correct. To do this, please refer to our size guide at any time. Article 6 - Delivery

Transport costs. We call upon our specialist partner to deliver our products to you correctly. Delivery costs may vary depending on the delivery address. The delivery costs will be added during the ordering process. Find more information about our delivery charges in our FAQ.

Your order will be delivered on the estimated delivery date as indicated in your order confirmation email, unless circumstances beyond our control prevent us from doing so. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and give you a new estimated delivery date and bear no responsibility for this. If the delay is significant, you may contact us at hello@aurelle.nl to terminate the contract and receive a refund for any product you have paid for but not received.

Article 7 - – Returns & Cancellation

Each request is handled individually and to the best of our ability. While we hope that your order satisfies you, we will look for alternatives. Please read our return policy carefully to proceed with your request as quickly as possible.

All returns must be made in the original packaging provided with the hygiene seal unbroken. Please ensure that the return is well protected. You have 14 days after receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal on all items. Items must be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Returned items that are damaged, without original packaging, without a seal, dirty or worn may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Each order is checked and inspected by our packaging team prior to shipment. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 72 hours.

Earrings can only be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal is unbroken. If you are unsure about an item, please contact us at hello@aurelle.nl so we can help you with your order and give you additional information.

With a view to the proper management of the site, the controller may at any time:
