Aurelle is a Dutch jewelry brand, founded in 2021 in the heart of Amsterdam. A unique jewelry brand with a focus on cartilage piercings, combined with a conscious manufacturing process. We want to change the outdated jewelry industry and hope to make conscious jewelry accessible for everyone.
To manufacture our jewelry, we exclusively use recycled raw materials. In this way we minimize the negative impact of the gold mining industry. Each year, the mining destroys beautiful landscapes, and creates an enormous amount of toxic water. Did you know that gold mining companies create around 20 tonnes of toxic waste for just 9.45 grams of gold? This toxic waste eventually ends up in our groundwater. We can't change the world, but by making conscious decisions we can help.
We like to give you transparency in what we do so that you'll know what you'll buy. We work closely with our partner in Jaipur, India where each piece of jewelry is handmade by the best goldsmiths. Jaipur, is known as the heart of gem and jewelry splendor. We believe it is important that all our people are treated right and that they receive a fair wage. For this reason, we only work with certified factories that are a proud member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC). We are a brand driven by slow fashion. Our collections are small and will be released when they are ready, to avoid undue pressure on our workers.
Our products have honest prices, based on manufacturing costs, materials and shipping costs. We have removed the middlemen to minimize unnecessary costs. In this way we can offer you the best quality for the fairest price. We want everyone to feel good about their purchase and want our products to be accessible to everyone. Our goal is to produce jewelry that lasts forever. Stylish jewelry that makes everyone happy.
